Project background:
Recently, the customer’s new offshore aquatic product processing ship was successfully launched in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province.
Two sets of 72 ton daily secondary reverse osmosis seawater desalination equipment designed and manufactured by our company have been installed and debugged, which can meet the production water needs on board.
As far as we know, the ship has three cold storage facilities with a total capacity of 2600 cubic meters and three automatic production lines. Each production line can process 3 tons of dry products per hour, making it a large “sea mobile processing factory”. The ship mainly provides integrated services for receiving, deep processing, and ultra-low temperature refrigeration of perishable low value fish such as clove fish and hairy shrimp, achieving “processing on board”.
